Showready Cleaning Service was created by me, Heather Poole, a 25-year
veteran in the Multi Family Property Management Industry.
During my tenure in the industry I filled many roles starting as a Leasing Agent
and moving up to a Regional Manager overseeing 13 properties consisting of
2,000 units. No matter what position I was in, there was always one common
problem, CLEAN UNITS!
Time after time I would onboard what I thought was a good cleaning or turnkey
company only to find out they were no better than the last one who didn’t
understand what a rent ready unit was supposed to look like. The frustrations of
having them come back or having to find another company was exhausting and
costly.
In 2024, I made the decision to retire from the industry to focus on finding the
perfect solution to that one common problem.
Showready Cleaning Service was created as the solution to making your vacant
units a truly cleaned unit that is Showready! We make it happen on the first
service and do not nickel and dime for extra services. Showready standards are
above and beyond the rest.
